Mike Orson

Mike says: My intention with life is to write and perform music, the sort of music that I feel passionately about. Music that really means something, the lyrics are about how I feel and the music is the sound of my life. I will die trying because it's the only thing that really means something to me and I've always known that it's what I'm meant to do.
I hope you enjoy my songs, there's a small selection on this site from my most recent recording and one (Steph's Song) that won the Make It Break It 2005 competition.

TYN

Tracey and Anthony met over a piano in 2005 and decided to get married! They performed with local band ‘the magd’ and started to write together in 2007. tyn’s musical collaboration is a synthesis of their different musical backgrounds; a sentence destined for Private Eye’s ‘Pseud’s Corner’. Tracey is a natural acoustic singer/songwriter whereas Anthony is an unashamed fan of early ProgRock bands and their Muse-like successors.

Tracey has been performing on guitar and keyboards since the age of eight and sung in various bands in her native Lincoln before moving to London where she gigged extensively in that capital and around the South East. Among her various claims to fame, she says that she sung on Jade Warrior’s album ‘Distant Echoes’ in 1995.

Anthony fell into I.T. by mistake at an impressionable age and is still struggling to get out. He wishes that music recording & production, performing on the piano & drums and learning the bass guitar could earn him enough to feed himself!

Jennie Worthley

Jennie has been writing songs for a number of years, however it is only within the last year that she has begun to perform them publicly, predominantly at acoustic venues and music events in and around Tunbridge Wells including a recent debut at Paul Dunton's showcase at The Grey Lady Music Lounge. Jennie's song writing is heavily influenced by the lives and experiences of those to whom she is closest and with great insight her lyrics provide a refreshing depth and honesty while her songs walk the tightrope between desperation and hope. Although occasionally choosing to perform on her own with either guitar or piano, Jennie's regular accompaniment is provided by Tom Heaseman (percussion) and Luke Bacon (guitar/backing vocals) who were formerly members of popular local indie rock band Tehillah Commission.
