Jo Hook sings songs that will make your neck hair rise. Her soft husky voice soothes and inspires and her quirky style of songwriting is hArd to attribute to any style of music other than her own. she makes you laugh, sometimes she moves you to tears. Jo is a cheeky but soulful performer, self deprecating but underneath all the grins is a songwriter of depth, with great observations about life, love and the world as we know it.

The Mud Bees are a new band in Tunbridge Wells, having swarmed just before Christmas 2011. They are fronted by songwriter AdAM (of AdAM and the Previous People – on guitar and vocals) and the rest of the polleny colony(!) are Tyson (formerly of Tehillah Commission – on guitar) George (Bass) and Chris (Drums). Their musical style is still developing, but would presently be best described as being quirky (latin) jazz pop. Expect a healthy buzz of fun and fine music!

James Medhurst has been in love with music since he got his first guitar at the age of 8 and intends to keep playing all the way up to 80.

After fronting the pop punk band Wayside Kings he has now decided to take his acoustic guitar in one hand, a cup of tea in the other, and explore a solo career.

James’ style is mostly taken from the American alternative scene.  His influences range from Counting crows, Taking Back Sunday, New Found Glory to Incubus, which he uses to fuse his own take of soulful pop rock.

His aim is to create a catalogue of uplifting songs that reflect the way he see the world.
