Annaca

Annaca's love of music has always pre-occupied her. She began to play the piano and sing when she was 14. She began writing and recording songs with Tunbridge Wells producer Jacob Plant two years ago and last summer has gone on to form her own band of talented musicians including Jacob plant, Michael Joyce and Alex Gamble. Since then they have performed live all over London and surrounding areas, featured on BBC Introducing Kent and is getting great reviews and plaudits from all corners of the Music Industry.

Annaca is also busy developing her song writing skills and has so far had co-writes with two of the UK's leading composers – Rob Davis (Kylie Minogue, and Blair Mackichan who has worked with Lilly Allen, Will Young and Paloma Faith.

2010 is going to be an interesting year for Annaca as she builds and develops her live band and adds to its repertoire of songs. With several co-writes in the pipeline and a number of producers eager to work with her, Annaca is working towards an album release in 2010.

Musical influences include Cat Power, Bat For Lashes, Florence and the Machine, Ladyhawke, Santogold, The White Lies, MGMT, Friendly Fires, The XX, Fever Ray. She also admires Mazzy Star, Blondie, Kate Bush, Aretha Franklin, Nina Simone, Bob Dylan, The Beatles, David Bowie.

Night Without Sleep

Night Without Sleep are amazed they are still alive. They have fully embraced this lease of life in becoming an acoustic duo comprised of Mad Dogs - Wolff Williams (vocals/guitar) and Jim (Funboy) Loosley (guitar/vocals). Trying hard not to let themselves fall into any one genre of music, they are renowned for their dramatic live shows with their close to the mark lyrics and the ability to get under the skin of the listener, marking them out as true artistic performers. Sitting comfortably away from the safety of uplifting pop they offer songs that are interesting, edgy, full of emotion and very different to anything else you will see. They are currently in the studio recording a couple of EPs which is about time.

Mystery Clarke

Tunbridge Wells based singer/songwriter Mystery Clarke has established himself as one of the most captivating and charismatic soloists on the local music scene. Mystery, a former town-centre busker, was also a guitarist with "Adolf Disney and the Fantasia Take-Over Band" and the front man for "Akin Drum" who enjoyed a long residency at The George Pub (now known as the TN4). Mystery has been bringing his unusual brand of blues inspired and often comical folk music to the town for several years now. Influences include the phases of the moon and the changing of the seasons. And what is the mystery? That would be telling!
