Léanie Kaleido

Aptly summed up by Play Music magazine as 'audio ganja', Tunbridge Wells-based singer-songwriter Léanie Kaleido (accompanied by Mark Foster on guitar) blends soothing vocals and quirky lyrics with infectiously melodic tunes that will indelibly worm their way into your head. Léanie's songs are sometimes mellow, often wistful, at times dark and ever so slightly warped, and occasionally just plain satirical. Her music interweaves elements of folk and blues into her unique style of acoustic pop, with influences ranging from Bob Dylan, John Lennon and Kate Bush to Elton John, PJ Harvey and Spike Milligan. Léanie's debut album Karamélien is available for purchase online via Amazon or through her record company, DJC Records. It has received national airplay and excellent reviews in various music titles, including Music Week.
